Virtual Neonatal Ethics Conference

The American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Neonatal Perinatal Medicine TECaN and District V Virtual Neonatal Ethics Conference. This conference will feature leading pediatric and neonatal bioethicists discussing a range of topics relevant to clinical practice including health disparities, parent support, periviability, shared decision-making, trisomy 13 and 18, and research ethics for emerging technologies. Attendees will recognize strategies for interpreting and integrating current neonatal research and ethical frameworks to navigate ethical challenges arising in clinical practice. The conference will take place on April 10, 2021 via Zoom, REGISTER HERE, CME credit is available. The conference is hosted by the University of Michigan Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and the Center for Bioethics and Social Sciences in Medicine.
